Risk management techniques are crucial in delivering projects in line with the Re-thinking Construction philosophy. This half-day workshop provides an introduction to risk management and its core techniques

  • Members of the project delivery core team who will be participating, leading or managing projects. The workshop will give delegates a full understanding of why and how risk management methodologies will assist them in delivering successful projects.
