As more clients move to selection of partners on the basis of overall quality as opposed to simply 'lowest cost' we can propose and manage innovative procedures to identify partners which fit ideally with the client needs. To ensure that the 'right' partner is selected the assessment process needs to go beyond the submission of a pre-qualification questionnaire; challenging values and testing the submission made.
